Anand M. is a highly skilled Founder and Gardener at StomatoBot Technologies Pvt Ltd, with over 13 years of experience in the field of Computer Vision and Image Processing. He holds a BE Electronics degree from VIT, Pune, and is a graduate of the first MOOCs by Stanford professors Prof. Dr. Andrew Ng, Prof. Dr. Sebastian Thrun, and Prof. Dr. Peter Norvig in 2011. Anand has worked in diverse domains such as Medical Imaging, Consumer Branding, Surveillance Automation, Quality Inspection, Public Infrastructure Surveys, ADAS (Self-Driving cars), Edtech, etc. in Computer Vision and Document data extraction in NLP. He has also built camera perception robots as a hobby. Currently, Anand is focused on creating a market disruptive product - "Your WatchMan who never sleeps...!" - using his specialties of Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. He is the CEO and Gardener of StomatoBot Technologies, which is aimed at solving the surveillance monitoring problem in near real-time and aims to do what CCTVs currently fail at. With rising insecurity in today's world, constant 24x7 supervision is imperative for your premises. StomatoBot is working towards solving this issue by implementing technology that will be able to notify authorities as the incident is taking place. Anand has also worked as a Senior R&D Engineer in Computer Vision at Teleskin and TouchMagix, where he worked on automated segmentation of skin moles of Melanoma (Skin Cancer) using Image Processing and Computer Vision techniques. At TouchMagix, he completed an innovative Projection correction and seamless blending project named MagixBlend (fka RubixDisplay) using DirectX, HLSL in VC++ involving DirectX 10 and 10.1, DXUT GUI, end-to-end edge blending for partially overlapped multi-projector projections, projection shape correction using (mouse-dragging) corner movements using Direct Input and perceptively matching the RGB and Gamma for projectors of different brands being simultaneously projected side-by-side using HLSL programming which works directly on the GPU.
