Anand Namdev is a highly skilled Software Development Engineer 2 at Microsoft, with expertise in natural language processing and machine learning. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay, where he earned his Master's Degree in Computer Science. Currently, Anand is a part of the Feeds and Notification team of Microsoft Teams product. Anand has gained significant experience in the tech industry, having worked with esteemed organizations such as Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and Microsoft. He was a Teaching Assistant at IIT Bombay, where he taught courses such as Computer Programming, Implementation of Programming Languages, Algorithms and Complexity, and Data Structures and Algorithms. At Microsoft, he worked on GAed Substrate Search in Teams as part of the Search Team and GAed Cortana Voice Skills in Teams as part of the Cortana Team.
