Anand Sawkar is an experienced Senior Consultant with over 16 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He is currently working as a Team Lead for Advanced Analytics and Data Science at Eli Lilly and Company. Anand is a full stack dev-ops developer with expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, J2EE Web Services, NoSQL, SQL, and Kafka. Anand has a Master of Computer Applications degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computers from Mangalore University. Anand completed his high school education from Don Bosco High School in Sirsi, Karnataka. Anand has worked with Eli Lilly and Company in the past as a Manager. He has also worked as a DevOps Engineer for ABN Amro Bank N.V. in the Netherlands. During his tenure at ABN Amro, Anand was involved in setting up a Fraud infrastructure in Azure. He played a major lead role in developing major components and integrating the same. Anand also developed the integration layer of the platform using Java Spring Boot. The entire deployment was automated using Ansible, ARM templates, and VSTS.
