Anand Tuli is a business leader with extensive experience in managing Data Science and Customer Experience across various sectors, including eCommerce, Retail, and Management Consulting. He has a proven track record of building and managing high-performance teams to achieve Impact @ Scale through building Data Analytics and Customer Experience as the primary source of competitive advantage. Currently, Anand is the Head of Analytics and Decision Sciences at Vedantu, where he is leading the data and decision sciences charter. He is building cutting-edge capabilities to enable Vedantu's business, product, and experience to take better decisions with data and science. Anand has core expertise in leading revenue and experience growth charters through the application of data sciences. He has built multiple large (50+) high-performance Data Science teams from scratch that unlock the potential of data and data sciences for organizations across domains of eCommerce, EdTech, Retail, Consumer Products & SAS products. Anand has evolved from being a techie building products to leading organization-wide business charters through the application of advanced analytics capabilities. He is passionate about the domain of Customer Experience Management and started and managed his start-up successfully to build the world's first fully automated and smarter Customer Experience Management Platform. Apart from his professional life, Anand is an avid reader and traveler. He loves to explore new ideas, domains, and paradigms of human experience through words and roads. Anand's past experiences include being the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Inseon Pvt. Ltd, where he designed and built the world's first end-to-end Customer Experience Management Platform. He was responsible for product development and customer engagement. He also worked as a Senior Manager, CX - Strategy & Design at Flipkart, where he designed and built Flipkart VoC program from scratch. He defined and built outside-in and inside-out CX metrics, including NPS, CES, and Interaction Quality Index. He also led CX analytics initiatives to drive key actions across business, engineering, product, and operations teams through data and data sciences. Anand holds an MBA from IIM and a Bachelor of Technology from DA-IICT. He also has a certification in Business Analytics from Kelly School of Business. Anand's tech stack includes Data Scientist, test, and infra. With 16.61 years of relevant experience, Anand is a seasoned professional who has a deep understanding of the intersection between data science and customer experience.
