Ananda Adella is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CoLearn with a passion for people and organizations. She graduated from the University of Indonesia with a degree in Psychology and has since gained experience in recruiting, employee branding, and brand marketing. Ananda has a satisfactory 3.32 GPA, which she achieved while balancing her studies, organizations, and work. At CoLearn, Ananda is responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on Engineers and Product positions. She has also worked on VSM and Sales recruitment and helped with VSM onboarding. Ananda has experience in recruiting candidates from India, Indonesia, and the UAE and uses ATS (Greenhouse) for her work. Ananda's past experience includes a Talent Acquisition Internship at HappyFresh, where she handled Tech recruitment, arranged interview schedules, and screened CVs. She also made reports about the hiring process and gained hands-on experience in handling a job opening using ATS (Lever). Ananda also worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, where she invited and set up dates for candidates to join assessments, arranged assessments for more than 30 candidates per day, and documented chosen candidates' data. She also opened a booth at a university career day and successfully hired 50 candidates for two batches of MT. Ananda's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, which she completed in 2020. She also has experience in Computer Vision and has been in the industry for 2.26 years. Ananda is always eager to learn and share her knowledge with others. She is interested in other parts of HR and the People Organization as a whole and hopes to expand her expertise in these areas.
