He has also worked as an Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, where he helped resolve tough to resolve technical issues in middleware stack, COM/COM+/MSDTC/Web services, and solved complex issues for crash, hang, memory leaks, and debugging using WinDBG. Anant holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Nagpur University.
