Anant Shukla is a Computer Science Graduate Student at Concordia University with almost 4 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. He is currently working as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where he has gained expertise in software engineering, mobile and web development, and infrastructure management. Anant has also co-founded a start-up called Zalt, where he developed a routing software that includes a web portal and a mobile app to optimize the routing of fleets of riders. The company aimed to leverage technology to transform the supply chain industry and build innovative digital infrastructure connected with drones to analyze and optimize the movement and delivery of packages. Anant's experience as a co-founder and software developer has given him a unique perspective on the challenges of entrepreneurship and the importance of innovation in the industry. Prior to his current position, Anant worked as a Control and Embedded Systems Engineer at SRM UAV, where he was responsible for overseeing the flight pit and ensuring that all tasks were completed according to the problem statement. He also handled the ground control station at the AUVSI SUAS 2019, where he won first place in Technical Design, with a cash prize of $1500. Anant's achievements in the competition include being ranked 8th in Comprehensive Design Report, 11th in Flight Readiness Review, and 37th in Mission Demonstration at AUVSI SUAS 2018, and being selected as one of the top 20 teams to compete in the UAV Challenge Medical Express 2018 in Queensland, Australia. Anant holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from SRM University, where he gained a strong foundation in computer science and programming. He is also skilled in software engineering, senior software engineering, and infrastructure management.
