Ananth Radhakrishnan is a tech enthusiast with a keen interest in emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and affective computing. He currently works as a Software Developer at Barclays, where he is responsible for the technical build and development of applications for the Barclays Document Management platform for various business functions across BUK. Ananth graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, with a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation Engineering and a minor in Computer Science Engineering. He has relevant experience of 1.35 years and has worked on several projects during his time at Barclays and IIT. At Barclays, Ananth worked as a Graduate Intern and developed an AI-based Universal Test Automation Tool for script-less application testing. He used computer vision concepts to assist bots in updating themselves with new features in the application. ML algorithms and Nltk techniques were used for classification and processing of documents, achieving high accuracy scores (0.93) during preliminary testing. During his time at IIT, Ananth worked as an Undergraduate Researcher and conducted research on EEG-signal based stress classification under the supervision of Dr. Amit Patra, IIT Kharagpur, Dr. Nilanjan Banerjee, UMBC USA, and Dr. Scott Kerick, US Army Research Laboratory. He worked on a data-driven ML framework to characterize the alterations in physiological dynamics during a VR shooting task and built a Machine Learning Classification model to analyze and identify how stress level changes during different stress-inducing gaming VR sessions. This approach also effectively captured asymmetric brain activity patterns that are important for stress recognition. Ananth has a diverse range of skills, including Software Engineering, ML, Computer Vision, AI, Research Scientist, SDET, and SVM. He is a quick learner and is always keen to learn new technologies.
