Ananth Rastogi is a talented Software Engineer currently working at Apple. With a passion for exploring the intricacies of the digital world, he is a solution-oriented and collaborative team player who strives to make a difference in his field. Ananth has gained valuable experience in the tech industry, having previously worked as a Software Development Intern at Cloudera. During his time there, he developed a service in Golang and Java that enabled better monitoring of the connections between the Cloudera data platform and customer workload with minimal cost. He made changes to an implementation of Google's Inverting Proxy and created a separate platform to store and query relevant data in a Postgres RDS using AWS. The tech stack he used included Kubernetes and Docker, Protocol Buffers, Spring Boot, and React. Ananth has also worked as the Head of Data Science at C.O.D.S, where he mentored over 100 students to make them professionally competent in the field of Data Science. He mentored a team of four for a summer internship project in classifying tweets and comments as aggressive or not, using LSTM model for prediction, and tweepy for extracting comments and tweets. The front-end development was done using HTML/CSS and connected to the back-end using Flask API. Ananth is a Bachelor of Technology graduate in Computer Science from PES University, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in his field. He also attended The PSBB Millennium School for his secondary education.
