He has worked across various domains, including manufacturing, retail, government-regulated, services, and logistics, and has contributed to the bottom line by cutting costs, enabling global collaboration, and bringing customers closer to the business. Ananthakrishnan is a value-driven and people-oriented leader who has served in various CIO/VP and Information Technology roles. He is currently working with Smart Energy Water as Delivery - Middle East and Africa. Previously, he served as IT Director - Asia, Middle East, Africa and JVs at APM Terminals and Head-IT at Siyaram Silk Mills Pvt Ltd. Ananthakrishnan has a keen interest in reducing tech debt, data analytics/data quality, SDDC/Hybrid Cloud, security/micro-segmentation, and end-user computing (EUC). He is passionate about helping organizations maximize the value they deliver to the business by focusing on business-facing IT services. Ananthakrishnan holds an Executive MBA in International Business, Business Administration, and Management from ESADE. He also has a CISA in Information Systems Security from ISACA, a P.G.D.B.A in Finance and Marketing from S.I.E.S, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from K.J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce. He is also a Prince 2 Practitioner and holds a CRISC certification from ISACA. Ananthakrishnan's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer and Product Manager. He has relevant experience of 23.12 years and is known for his expertise in digital transformation, IT re-engineering, IT cost optimization, and IT risk optimization.
