Ananthu Vijay is a technology professional with over 6 years of experience in Fintech, Retail, Banking and Finance, Supply Chain, Digital and Technology, Enterprise Technology Platforms, Customer Experience Management & Consulting. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management. He also provided free classes to students on the basic manufacturing techniques of UAVs using simple electronics so as to use it for daily purposes, rescue operations, during exigency times like floods, loss of power, etc. to maintain as a backup operational system. Ananthu has also worked as a System Engineer at TCS, where he implemented Selenium automation by developing automated regression test suites using Selenium WebDriver & Appium, thus reducing manual testing effort by 40% & saving 40 hours per sprint. He employed DevOps, used timeboxed iterations in successive sprints for Scrum framework through Agile approach in QA process thereby improving the product performance by 50%. He made use of postman for API testing to schedule and automate repetitive tasks thereby reducing manual effort by 80% and saving 36 hours every sprint. Ananthu has carried out defect tracking and management in HP ALM/QC and CA Rally platform for letter and card management systems. He has also implemented functional and regression test automation using UFT/QTP, thereby accelerating the test completion time by approximate 30%.
