Anantika Nautiyal is an experienced strategy consultant with a diverse background in marketing, business development, and event management. Currently working as an Associate at strategy&, she is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for clients across various industries. Prior to this, she served as the Marketing Head of the Forum for Industrial Interaction (FII), the business club of IIM Bangalore. In this role, she organized IIM Bangalore's flagship business summit, Vista, which saw participation from more than 15,000 students at a national and international level. She also organized speaker series, workshops, and other events to promote interaction between academia, corporations, and the government. Anantika holds a PGP degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), where she was actively involved in various extracurricular activities. She also holds a Masters in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business, USA, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Panjab University. She completed her schooling from St. Xavier's Jaipur. With 6.95 years of relevant experience, Anantika has developed a strong skill set in strategy development, project management, market research, and business analysis. She has worked with clients across various industries, including healthcare, banking, and consumer goods. Her ability to think strategically and her attention to detail have helped her deliver successful projects for her clients.
