Additionally, Ananya is designing and implementing interventions for enhanced end-to-end employee experience. She has drafted HR policies including Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work, Parental Leave Policy, Leave Policy with Inclusive Holiday Lists, developed behavioral guidelines employee manual for managers and employees, created mental health guides, and designing the company intranet with all relevant resources and links. Ananya's past work experience includes working as an Employer Branding Intern at Carpediem, where she was responsible for crafting employer branding strategies for IT firms. She also worked as a Human Resources Intern at Promantra Inc, where she was responsible for end-to-end HR activities including recruitment and selection, induction, compensation management, employee management, and people analytics. Ananya also worked on projects to enhance recruitment strategies, reduce attrition rates, and develop employee satisfaction surveys. With 7.35 years of relevant experience, Ananya is a valuable asset to any organization looking to improve their employee experience and leverage their employer brand.
