Ananya Akhouri is a marketing enthusiast with a passion for maintaining a healthy ROAS while optimizing spend and increasing sales. With over three years of experience in IT and Financial Services, Ananya has developed executive-level presentations for pitching technology solutions to clients. Pursuing an MBA to gain a holistic picture of corporate functions and services, Ananya has been seduced by the creative world of marketing and all its different flavors, including brand management, digital marketing, and product marketing. Currently, Ananya is a Digital Marketing & Sales Forecasting Intern, managing ~2M digital marketing campaigns while also doing forecasting analysis. She is skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, R, Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint. Her short-term goals include strategizing marketing campaigns in an organization, and in the long term, she aspires to lead the marketing function of an organization. Outside of work and studies, Ananya loves writing and has a blog with some of her pieces on Medium. She also enjoys cooking, exploring new food, cultures, and places, cycling, and reading books. Ananya's past experience includes coordinating and organizing campus recruitment drives, managing training programs and workshops for final year students, and working as a Digital Marketing & Sales Forecasting Intern for Maison Battat Inc. In this role, she managed a $1.5M PPC digital marketing campaign on Criteo for Battat toys on Target.com and a $120k PPC digital marketing campaign on Microsoft's PromoteIQ for Battat toys on Kohl's. She also planned and forecasted two sub-brands of toys for Target physical stores and online sales for upcoming seasons in collaboration with buyers at Target. Ananya's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from JIIT and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management. She also holds a Science degree from Father Agnel School and attended Almaty International School and Kendriya Vidyalaya. Overall, Ananya has 3.93 years of relevant experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Research Scientist, and Big Data Hadoop expert.
