Ananya Banerjee is a versatile entrepreneur, startup advisor, lawyer, and author with over 7 years of experience in the field. She is currently the Co-Founder of Airize, a sustainability-focused venture in the UK. Prior to this, Ananya was the chief visionary, designer, and idea developer of Earnyt, a marketplace for the gig economy. Ananya has also worked with startups, incubator managers, and the Wadhwani Venture Fastrack team as a Startup Fellow, where she strategized and delivered workshops, coached startups, and helped incubators build robust programs. She has published a book on achieving operational excellence for early-stage startups, based on a 6S framework she has devised from her knowledge of lean six sigma and agile methodologies. Before Earnyt, Ananya founded Unico Legale and was the Founder (and later, Founding Partner) for more than 3 years. Her philanthropic venture, Know Your Business Better, helped many startups and traditional businesses become more data-driven. Ananya is also a Venture Builder at Falmouth Launchpad and an Atlas Corps Scholar for 2021. She has a diverse educational background, including a Business Management MicroMasters® from IIM, Executive Education from London Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts and Law from the University of Calcutta. She also holds a Master's Degree in Business Laws from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics Honours from Presidency University. Ananya's technical skills include designing and research science. She has relevant experience of 0.26 years. In her personal life, Ananya is an avid traveler who wishes to visit every country in the world.
