Ananya Bhuyan is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate with over 1.78 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. Ananya brings her expertise in HR to work and has experiences in both technical and non-technical hiring. Ananya's experiences include coordinating with team members to understand the job description, sourcing through various platforms such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and Angel List, making pre-screening calls, providing interview feedback, MIS reporting, onboarding, and recruitment. Currently, Ananya is working at crio.do as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where she is working closely with the founding team members and is responsible for daily catch-ups with the founding members for a proper understanding of the role and to prepare the metrics. She reaches out to people through different social media platforms, tracks the database for quick deliveries, screens profiles with the proper keywords and boolean searches, tracks assignments, and sends job descriptions to the candidates. Ananya also schedules interviews with the founding team members and the co-founders. Ananya's past experiences include working as an Associate Consultant - Recruitment at Bask HR Consulting Private Limited, where she was responsible for end-to-end recruitment for product-based companies, mostly Fintech industries. She also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zealth-AI (YC W21), where she handled the entire range of talent acquisition activities comprising managing end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for both technical and non-technical job roles. Ananya holds a Master of Social Work - MSW from North-Eastern Hill University and a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Edmunds College - NEHU.
