Ananya Gautam is a dynamic individual who is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Delhi Technological University (DTU). She has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT and has completed her 12th and 10th from Bal Bharati Public School Brij Vihar. Ananya has a keen interest in the fields of HR, Supply Chain, and Production and is actively seeking opportunities in these domains. Ananya has gained valuable work experience through her internships at Kärcher, the world's leading cleaning machinery manufacturer, and Maruti Suzuki, India's largest automobile manufacturer. At Kärcher, she worked as a Human Resources Intern and was responsible for developing a new rewards and recognition policy, scheduling phone screens and on-site interviews, analyzing price offerings, and empaneling competitive vendors while ensuring adherence to company requirements. She also improved office efficiency by effectively managing internal communications and correspondence, coordinated company events, created and updated tracking spreadsheets, drafted technical documents, social media posts, and internal memoranda, and maintained office organization. During her time at Maruti Suzuki, Ananya worked as a Summer Trainee and was responsible for monitoring the parameters under which the welding robots worked, performing routine checks, and documenting data in the company system. She also gained exposure to material management and quality assurance. Ananya has also been an active member of SEDS VIT, where she performed a host of different tasks like planning, teaching, and recruiting while increasing her knowledge of Astronomy (especially Observational Astronomy) and the aerospace industry. She was also appointed in various positions of responsibility in the registrations department during the flagship events "Antariksh" and "Astra." Ananya is proficient in QA and has relevant experience of 0.86 years. She is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and her ability to work effectively in a team makes her an asset to any organization.
