Ananya Gupta is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is currently pursuing her PGDM from IILM Institute for Higher Studies in New Delhi. She holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in Noida. Ananya's primary interests lie in the educational sectors of Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Gender Studies. During her graduation days, Ananya was an active member of the core IEEE student branch of her college, where she organized various events. Currently, she is the core team lead of Mind Sync-Psychology club of IILM and a team member of SCOP-Placement society of IILM. Ananya is a lively and assertive individual who is constantly striving to learn new things. Ananya has excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. She possesses exemplary dedication and commitment, and if given a chance, she will be an asset to any organization. Currently, Ananya is working as a Human Resources Intern at Grant Thornton, where she handles the recruitment process and conducts interviews for various departments. She also manages the applicant tracking system to enhance stakeholder communication and facilitates candidate assessment that includes interviews and providing timely feedback to all involved parties. Ananya has previously worked as a Human Resource Associate at F13 Technologies and as a Team Member at SCOP-Placement Society of IILM. Ananya has a strong educational background, having completed her PGDM in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from IILM. She is expected to graduate in December 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from JIIT, which she completed in December 2021. Ananya completed her schooling from Holy Child Sr Sec School. With 0.76 years of relevant experience, Ananya is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is always eager to learn and grow.
