Ananya Upadhyay is a goal-oriented and focused computer science graduate with an eye for detail. Currently working as a part-time mentor at welivdit, Ananya is helping students get better opportunities, preparing SOPs for higher education, conducting mock interviews (Tech & Non-Tech), building resumes, making projects, preparing for competitive exams, and facilitating domain transitions. Ananya previously worked at Sharechat as a Tech Talent Acquisition Associate, where she communicated with HM to identify future job openings and technical requirements for those jobs, screened applicants for competency with job requirements, performed background and reference checks, kept track of all applicants, ensured proper onboarding for new hires, wrote and posted technical job descriptions, parsed specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes, and conducted preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest. She also worked as a Tech Talent Acquisition Intern at Sharechat. Ananya's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Science from DIT University, where she started in January 2017 and completed in December 2021. She also has a High School Diploma from Holy Cross School, where she started in January 2002 and completed in December 2016.
