Ananya Vasudevan is a Certified Product Manager (AIPMM) with over 5 years of experience in product and project management. She has a diverse skill set that includes product management, product roadmap, sprint planning, user research, user experience, feature prioritization, project management, team management, planning, scheduling, cost management, customer interaction, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and risk management. Currently, Ananya is working as a Junior Product Manager at omgiva, where she leads the user research, planning, and development of the MVP of a B2B SaaS, white-labeling internal communications tool. She is responsible for owning the product strategy and roadmap (of 1 year) and playing an active role in research and strategy of pricing the product. Ananya also owns the process for product documentation and leads the team through research and analysis to arrive at PMF. In her previous role as a Practice Lead at ansrsource, Ananya acted as a product owner and led the product design and development. She engaged frequently with both customers and internal stakeholder teams to build the product roadmap and managed customer relationship for all the live products for clients from different countries. Ananya also led teams of content developers and e-learning developers to design and develop learning solutions and planned, executed, and controlled projects. Ananya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Engineering & Technology - Jain University and has completed a course in Product Growth from growthx. She is proficient in product manager, research scientist, product designer, and test. Ananya has 8.70 years of relevant experience and is curious about product-led growth, and how products are built, adopted, and how it all ties up with the business.
