ANAS KHAN is a seasoned Sr. Executive with over 11 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently, he is working with Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS), where he is responsible for Service Delivery for Singtel Optus. ANAS has a strong background in Service Delivery, having worked in this area for both Tata Communications (Australia) Pvt. Ltd. and Tata. ANAS began his career as a Senior Customer Service Executive for Neotel Pvt. Ltd. where he was responsible for Service Assurance of SDH, DWDM, and GPON Network. He gained working exposure on ECI, Tejas, ADVA, and Zhone devices. ANAS has also been engaged in different projects to improve Network Health, like upgrading to the latest platform for NMS and associated Network Elements, removal of SPOF, removal of ping amplification, alarm reduction. ANAS holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar. He also completed a Post Graduate Program in Business Analytics & Business Intelligence from Great Lakes Institute of Management. ANAS is proficient in Search and has a strong technical background in telecommunications. He has worked with various technologies and tools throughout his career.
