Anastasiya Kotova is an experienced Head of QA with over 8 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, she holds the same position at anagram, where she is responsible for all aspects of testing in the project. She has developed an end-to-end autotests workflow using Cypress (javascript) and is involved in test plan development, test design, test execution, bug tracking, and reporting. Prior to her current role, Anastasiya worked as the Head of QA at xena exchange, where she managed a team of 4 engineers from recruitment stage through career development to performance review. She was responsible for all aspects of testing in the project, including functional, security, performance testing, and analyzed test results. She also developed the test plan, test design, test execution, bug tracking, and reporting. She used technologies such as Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Grafana, and PostgreSQL. Anastasiya also worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Lazada, where she developed autotests using Python + Selenium. She cooperated with test engineers and managers in distributed teams and was in charge of test design, test execution, bug tracking, and reporting. Anastasiya holds a Master's degree in Business informatics from the Higher School of Economics, which she completed in 2014. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution, which she completed in 2012.
