Anaïs Derra is an experienced HR professional with over 8 years of experience in HR strategy and transformation. She is currently working as DRH at Walter Learning, where she is responsible for managing all HR-related activities. Anaïs has a proven track record of delivering successful HR projects and initiatives, including talent management, recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement. Anaïs started her career as an HR Strategy & Transformation Consultant at Cognizant Consulting France, where she worked on multiple projects for various clients, including a group bank and a payment company. She was responsible for developing a competency framework, optimizing the LMS Cornerstone, and deploying the Taleo tool. Anaïs also worked as an independent consultant in Marseille, where she led the project on professional interviews and the recapitulative assessment of 6 years. Anaïs has a strong educational background, having completed her Master's degree in Development of Human Resources from the University Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I). She also completed an Erasmus program at Sabanci University and a Master of Science in International Management at IAE Aix en Provence. Anaïs holds a DU in Human Resource Management from IUT Nice Côte d'Azur and a DUT in Business and Administration Management with an option in Human Resources.
