Anbarasi U is a seasoned Senior Engineer with a passion for developing great user experiences. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Anbarasi has built both consumer-facing sites on the internet and enterprise applications. As a Lead Engineer at pay swifter, Anbarasi is responsible for developing the consumer-facing and merchant-facing frontend projects. She is currently leading the development effort by hiring the right candidates for her team, architecting and ideating new features, ensuring technical specs capture the breakdown of the feature for implementation, aligning the development team towards delivery, and making sure that they are delivering the best ACH payments experience at speed. Anbarasi has also been a Founding Engineer at two YC W20 companies - smol coach and gigi benefits. At smol coach, she was part of the two-person engineering team responsible for building out the frontend for the SaaS application and contributed across the stack. She also built payment integrations with Razorpay and Stripe as a platform. At gigi benefits, Anbarasi handled the frontend implementation of the PWA and worked with an agency to build out a React Native mobile app version of the PWA in a month. She worked closely with the founding team to build experimental features, measure and iterate while working towards PMF. Anbarasi's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Frontend, Web, NodeJS, React Native, and Mobile.
