Anchal Garg is a Consultant at EXL Analytics with experience in the Construction domain. She has a keen interest in Business Management studies and analytics, which led her to pursue PGP in Management from IMT Ghaziabad. Through this program, she gained knowledge in various aspects ranging from finance to decision science attributes that could be inherited at her workplace. She has also gained experience in tools like SQL and Tableau. Anchal is an Assistant Manager at EXL Analytics and has previously worked as a Senior Engineer at L&T. At L&T, she actively worked as a Business Unit Coordinator in Railways Infrastructure Unit. Her responsibilities included looking after MIS, costing, and budgeting of the Railway Project sites, analyzing staff management schedules, P&M schedules, and reporting to BU Head. She also coordinated with various departments like SCM, Finance, Contracts, Planning for the smooth functioning. Anchal has a diverse set of interests outside of work.
