Andranik Kurghinyan is a highly experienced Software Engineer currently working at Facebook. With more than 12 years of relevant experience, Andranik has proven his expertise in various areas including Search, Infra, Senior Software Engineering, Microservices, Backend, and Mobile development. Prior to joining Facebook, Andranik worked at LinkedIn as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. During his tenure at LinkedIn, he was responsible for building the next generation of backend microservices that powered LinkedIn's messaging platform. He also drove the initiative to purge invitation messages from storage clusters in the legacy messaging platform. Andranik represented messaging in a cross-team effort with Search Infra and Relevance teams to design the best infra solution to support messaging search. Additionally, he co-led the company-wide Data Model Review Committee. As a Tech Lead for post and share analytics team at LinkedIn, Andranik was responsible for all things about the Who viewed your profile, post and share analytics on the LinkedIn website and mobile apps.
