As the VP of Engineering at IdeaScale, the largest cloud-based innovation software platform in the world, he is responsible for guiding highly-skilled technical teams to deliver innovative solutions within customer-facing environments. Andre is a visionary leader who is dedicated to creating programs that raise the benchmark for quality, efficiency, and profitability. He is a straight-forward communicator and can build rapport quickly with clients and business partners at all levels and from any culture.
