Andrea Chello is a Quant and Full-Stack Blockchain Developer with a focus on integrating financial engineering with decentralized finance, which she calls QuantDeFi. She is currently the Founder and Full-Stack Blockchain Developer at Internet of Assets, where she is working on a P2P Wallet-to-Wallet Recommendation system for NFTs, a novel solution using AI to build better user experiences in the Blockchain industry. She is also involved in 3D graphics development in WebGL using three.js for web development and is a Solidity Developer using web3.js, Truffle, Hardhat, Moralis, for integration of Internet of Assets. Andrea has previously worked as a DeFi Research Engineer at QuantDeFi, where she conducted in-depth research on quantitative DeFi topics such as Perpetual Options using Uniswap v3 positions and collateral-backed Stablecoins. She has also worked as a Quantitative Researcher/Quantitative Developer at The Quant Journey, where she independently conducted quantitative finance research with a focus on statistical and predictive models. She managed all aspects of the research process, including methodology selection, data collection and analysis, prototyping, backtesting, and performance monitoring. She designed, backtested, and implemented algorithms for optimal portfolio construction and developed proprietary algorithms for trading equities. Andrea holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Financial Engineering from World Quant University, a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School, and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Corporate Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University. She has also completed several summer terms and exchange semesters in International Business, Banking and Financial Support Services, Physics, and Entrepreneurship from LSE, 上智大学, and Stanford University.
