Andrew Crow is a highly motivated full-stack developer with senior-level leadership experience, currently working as the Lead Author Acquisition at Educative, Inc. He is a recent graduate from the University of Washington Coding Bootcamp, where he was the project manager and lead developer on three award-winning projects showcasing his skills in Javascript, React, Node.js, Express, SQL, CSS, and HTML. Andrew received awards for Best UI/UX, Best Presentation, Best Functionality, and People’s Choice on the final two projects. Andrew has proven experience in building strong teams from within, process improvement, and exceeding targets. He is positioned to provide a customer-first perspective on how to approach application and design challenges by leveraging his background in sales and sales leadership. He is well-versed in making data-based decisions in fast-paced environments that help drive teams and organizations forward. Andrew is passionate about building meaningful web applications and is highly focused on continuous learning. Prior to his current role, Andrew worked at Avvo as the Director of Sales Acquisition and Manager, Sales Development. He was a member of Avvo's Senior Leadership team and head of Sales Acquisition, overseeing new customer revenue conversion, including six sales managers, 60 account executives, and 12 sales development representatives. Andrew recruited, trained, and developed account executives, sales development representatives, and sales managers. He managed change and guided the department through company acquisition and launched the sales development role and new lead strategy. Andrew has a Certificate in Full-Stack Developer from the University of Washington and an A.A. in Culinary Arts Management from Napoli Culinary Academy. His tech stack includes Javascript, SQL, NodeJS, UI, and Web.
