He has a strong background in end-to-end software design, development, testing, integration, and delivery. Andrew has worked with major partner integrations with the world’s premier entertainment service, Netflix, bringing award-winning original content, TV shows, movies, documentaries, and more to an audience of 200M+ in more than 97% of countries around the world, across a wide range of devices and products. Prior to his current role at Bonside, Andrew worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix and Software Engineer at Stella.ai. At Stella.ai, he worked with a small but stellar team of data scientists and veteran founders to tackle AI-based recruiting for Fortune 500 companies. Andrew architected and built the web app used by recruiters at their 150 clients with React + Flask, led the initiative to add TypeScript and end-to-end tests across the JS codebase, and authored backend integrations with client Applicant Tracking Systems and dockerized development environment for a more fluid development experience. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Dartmouth College. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in Senior Software Engineering, Software Engineering, test, Integration, AI, TypeScript, Flask, Backend, and Web.
