Andrew Lee is a seasoned business development and partnerships professional with over 12 years of relevant experience. He is currently the Head of New Financial Products and Partner Management at Stripe, where he leads a team of partner and program managers in support of the company's emerging business units. These units include Treasury (banking as a service), Issuing, Corporate Card, Capital, Financial Connections, and Stripe Atlas (incorporation). Andrew's skill set spans the business development and partnerships stack, and he has a track record of combining operational excellence, analytical rigor, and scaling in high-growth environments. He has worked with companies that use technology to improve the human condition, serve the underserved, democratize access, and/or facilitate connection. Prior to joining Stripe, Andrew held leadership positions at Airbnb, where he led sales, account management, and operations for the company's business travel vertical before focusing on growth and product partnerships. He also worked at Robinhood, where he led growth, affiliate and content partnerships, commercial contracts, and new business initiatives. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business, where he graduated in 2015. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University and a Certificate in Culture and Development from the School for International Training.
