Andrew Price is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with a passion for programming and a creative approach to problem-solving. With over 16 years of relevant experience, Andrew has worked on a variety of projects and in various roles, making him a versatile and adaptable team player. Currently working at Google as a Software Engineer, Andrew is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of the company and its clients. Prior to joining Google, Andrew worked as a Solutions Developer at Acxiom, where he was part of a team that implemented and supported custom and in-house client-facing solutions. He also worked on Big Data solutions that collected, aggregated, and processed private consumer information to aid in decision-making and direct marketing campaigns. Andrew's experience at Acxiom allowed him to develop skills in coding standards, peer reviews, regression and unit testing, quality assurance, and version control. Andrew's early experience as an Intern Programmer at Star City Media helped him to develop skills in C++ and implement tools to export models and synchronize camera movement between 3DS Max 2009 and the Source engine. He also developed a pipeline for a CG television show producing faster than real-time rendering times. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Entertainment from Qantm College, as well as an Honors degree and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Adelaide. His education and experience have equipped him with a solid foundation in software engineering, big data, testing, and quality assurance.
