Andrew Reddikh is a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for startups and the FinTech market. He has over 13 years of relevant experience and a strong belief in the power of open source projects. Andrew is a Co-Founder, Speaker, and Mentor at xtechnology, where he hosts technical meetups and live streams, prepares and teaches technical topics, and markets the community while onboarding new members. Andrew has worked at several companies, including emma technologies and plyo, where he held Senior Software Engineer and Senior DevOps Engineer positions, respectively. At emma technologies, Andrew was responsible for building microservices architecture from scratch, crafting a stock trading platform, transferring infrastructure to Terraform, developing REST/gRPC services with NodeJs, and managing distributed systems with GCP and AWS. He also enforced the quality of the testing system, monitoring, alerting, and system observability. At plyo, Andrew improved inter-service communication within private infrastructure, enhanced DevOps practices to gain faster and cleaner builds, and took care of infrastructure security. Andrew has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Saratov State Technical University and Aptech Computer Education. He has a strong tech stack, including AWS, infra, NodeJS, Terraform, Javascript, Typescript, Microservices, DevOps, Kubernetes, test, MySQL, and GCP. Andrew is also passionate about extreme sports such as snowboarding, kitesurfing, and surfing, and he enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures.
