Andrew began an entrepreneurial venture in 2018, where he combined his people and operations management skill set with a self-taught design background. As a co-founder, he taught himself a number of skills ranging from marketing to design and software development. That experience led him to assess his career strengths and skill sets to discover what parts of his career he most enjoyed. Andrew has also worked as a Cofounder at Richards Brothers Creative LLC, where he led all aspects of game design, grassroots marketing campaign, and launched a paid marketing campaign to continue upward trend in purchases using Facebook and Instagram. He also worked as a Store Manager - Cofounder at Value My Vehicles, where he cofounded the company with the idea in mind that customers should have a trustworthy and transparent experience selling their car. Andrew is an entrepreneurial, self-motivated manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving operational excellence.
