Andrew Stapleton is a seasoned sales professional with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. He currently serves as the Head of G2 for Services, Sales at G2, where he is leading a new team to help services providers, such as Salesforce and HubSpot implementers, go to market. Andrew is a husband and father of five, and he is based in the far north suburbs of Chicago. Andrew has been a part of the fantastic entrepreneurial family at G2 for over 13 years. In his previous role as VP of Customer Success, he grew the CS organization from a small team to over 65 FTEs in North America, with additional teams in EMEA and APAC. He also created and staffed mid-market and small business CSM teams, seeded the EMEA CS team, and advised the APAC team. Andrew ran the customer sales organization in addition to CS from 2016-2017, renewing and expanding over $5M in ARR. He also created an SMB-specific renewals team, a technical support team, and a pre-sales solutions consultant team that has closed over $25M in ARR since 2019. Andrew's education background includes a BS in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, where he studied software engineering and computer science. He is proficient in Salesforce and has experience with other tech stacks as well. Aside from his professional achievements, Andrew is a passionate Catholic and is interested in the overlap between faith and work in tech. He is committed to his family and community, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
