Andrey Kudievskiy is the Founder and Chief Executive of Distillery, a premier software development outsourcing company. With over 15 years of software development leadership experience, he is an entrepreneur and talented developer who focuses on delivering teams and products that enable other businesses to succeed. Andrey started his career in tech at age 19 and played a key role in creating a successful cloud synchronization startup that was sold to a Fortune 500 company within five years. He founded Rus Wizards, the business at the root of Distillery's history, in 2008. Since relocating the business to the US in 2012, he has overseen the exponential growth that has earned Distillery a rank on the Inc. 5000 every year since 2017. At Distillery, Andrey leads a team of the best people in the industry who live by the company's BEST values: Best People, Expertise, Service, and Teamwork. They work with fast-growing mid-market clients who want to work with the best in the industry and top talent who want to work for the company. Andrey also founded WeezLabs, an award-winning mobile specialist digital agency in LA, which became Distillery in 2016. He started Rus Wizards LLC, his first software development company, drawing only on his personal savings and a small loan from his father. Andrey holds a Master of Business Administration degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, which he is set to complete in 2023. He also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Southern Federal University (former Rostov State University) and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Stanford University.
