André Patrício is a highly skilled Lead Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the field of Computer Science. He is currently working at FARFETCH, where he holds the position of Lead Engineer in the Mobile Cluster. André is a proactive and passionate individual who is always striving for perfection in his work. He is well-versed in iOS development and has played a key role in the Engineering definition of the application at FARFETCH. In his current role, André is responsible for managing the team's backlog and roadmap, providing technical expertise, and overseeing the development of the mobile application. He is also involved in the Lead Engineer trial at the Pink Team. In his previous role as Senior Software Engineer at FARFETCH, André played a key role in the Engineering definition of the Store of the Future Application. He planned, engineered, and coordinated major refactors in the iOS application to solve tech debt that was slowing the team down and keeping them from scaling. André also helped bridge the gap between Product and Engineering by shaping the team's roadmap. He was instrumental in delivering the Store of the Future Project at Chanel's 19 Cambon store and stepped up to a temporary Engineering Lead position to develop a multi-boutique solution of the Store of the Future and deliver it to other Chanel stores. André holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Superior Técnico and completed his 12º Ano in Science and Technology at the Escola Secundária Públia Hortênsia de Castro.
