Andy Lahan is a highly experienced Technical Lead at THG with over 19 years of relevant experience. He is currently working on major projects within Logistics, utilizing up to Java 11, Spring, Spring Boot, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, SQL Server, and other common supporting libraries. Prior to his current role, Andy served as a Software Engineering Manager at The Hut Group, where he managed a team of up to 9 developers responsible for features relating to Courier Integrations and Delivery Information, while still remaining very hands-on. He also worked as a Technical Lead at The Hut Group, focusing on Order Processing, Delivery, and Warehousing applications. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from The University of Manchester, which he completed in 2004. Throughout his education and career, he has developed a strong tech stack, including expertise in SQL, Spring, Java, and Spring Boot. As a Senior Software Engineer, Andy is a valuable asset to any team he works with. He has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams while remaining hands-on in development. With his extensive experience and technical skills, he is well-equipped to take on complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
