As the Co-Founder and CTO of denali analytics, llc, Aneesh has built a successful company that provides data analysis services for fastq files to identify pathogens for use in patient reports using Oxford Nanopore Sequencing Technology. He broke even in the first year of the company's operation and has signed, structured, and managed deals with four of the biggest clients, including Avem, Prolabs, Blackhawk, and Absolute Genomics. Prior to his work with denali analytics, Aneesh gained experience in a variety of roles, including as a professional musician and software consultant. As a software consultant, Aneesh designed and built proof-of-concept OCR software to automate the petition intake process for eQual LLC, which became the main value proposition for the company. He also designed and built an automation pipeline for data collection, storage, and reporting at Stoa Partners LLC. Aneesh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he gained a solid foundation in software engineering and other relevant skills. He is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in a range of technologies, including Android, iOS, mobile, and backend development, among others.
