Ang Lu is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. He is currently working at Xilinx as a Software Engineer, where he utilizes his expertise in programming and design to develop innovative solutions for the company. Ang has a diverse skill set, with proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, Verilog, SystemC, SQL, and MATLAB. He also has extensive experience in design, including EDA/CAD, ASIC/FPGA, Analog/Digital IC Design & Verification, Computer Architecture, Algorithm, O-O Design, and Database. He designed and implemented Lloyd’s K-means based clustering algorithm to group cells into clusters and formulated a min-cost network flow problem to perform incremental placement. He also participated in designing and implementing a Statistical Static Timing Analysis tool for digital circuits, with experiments performed on benchmark with nearly 1 million cells. Ang holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he completed his studies in 2015. He also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Iowa State University in 2013.
