Angel has over 25 years of relevant experience and is a Senior Software Engineer with a PhD in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a technology leader who has worked with thousands of developers worldwide and established EY's Client Technology Product Engineering organization, resulting in hundreds of products successfully delivered across the globe. Angel is also an IBM Leader and co-creator of the Call for Code Global Challenge, a competition that asks developers to outthink natural disasters and build solutions that significantly improve the current state of natural disaster preparedness.
