Angela Wolff is a highly skilled and experienced web developer with a focus on backend technologies and data. Currently working at Six To Start, she is part of the team responsible for the development of the popular Zombies, Run! fitness game. Angela's role is varied, and she loves the opportunity to learn something new every day. Prior to her current role, Angela held a number of senior finance positions within the NHS, where she developed extensive experience in technical healthcare roles. Her skills in VBA and tSQL led to her interest in programming, and she has since developed a strong proficiency in Ruby, Python, and JavaScript. Angela's previous experience includes working as a Full Stack Developer at the Victoria and Albert Museum, where she worked on the Explore the Collections project. She was responsible for implementing Rails features that linked editorial content with museum object records, as well as building APIs that empowered the user experience. Angela also worked at Makers as a Software Development Student, where she honed her skills in full stack development, TDD, and BDD. Angela holds a PhD in Astrochemistry from UCL, as well as a degree in Natural Sciences with Chemistry from The Open University and a 2nd MB in Medicine from The University of Sheffield. She is also a qualified CIMA accountant. Angela's tech stack includes web development, Ruby, backend technologies, Elastic Search, software engineering, Python, testing, and JavaScript. With almost 14 years of relevant experience, Angela is a highly skilled and adaptable developer with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
