Anh Pham is a highly skilled and motivated web developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions to complex problems. With over 2 years of experience in the field, Anh has a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Currently, Anh is the Founder and Director of home, a startup that won the 1517 Grant Prize for Most Novel Hack at Spectra Hackathon and Best Use of Google Cloud - COVID-19 Hackathon Fund by Google. In just 18 hours, Anh designed a UI prototype and built a SPA website for women and minorities to learn how to succeed in Tech. Anh is also responsible for redesigning the UI, managing different teams, developing marketing strategies, and recruiting more staff members. Anh's past experience includes working as a Frontend Developer for code against racism, where Anh managed a team of diverse developers from POC to deliver a website that connects software developers to anti-racism non-profit organizations. Anh was also responsible for organizing bi-weekly stand-up meetings, tracking development progress, and planning weekly sprints with both front-end and back-end teams. Anh also mentored other front-end developers to maintain the code quality while contributing to the front-end. Anh's previous experience also includes working as a Student Researcher at the University of California San Diego, where Anh developed a back-end for a commercial web application that generated genetic reports in seconds for the UCSD Pediatrics Department and pharmaceutical companies. Anh created a RESTful back-end on an Apache Linux server with a Role-based Access Control system that allowed only premium users to access paid features. Anh also encrypted users' data to increase security with BCrypt before storing their data in a MongoDB database and patched serious security flaws produced by the front-end team. Anh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego - Jacobs School of Engineering, and previously studied Computer Science at De Anza College. Anh's tech stack includes Web, Frontend, UI, Backend, Research Scientist, and MongoDB.
