Anika Manglick is a highly skilled Manager at Insurance Dekho (Girnar Soft) with over 8 years of experience in the field of finance and operations. She graduated with a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication from IIIT Jabalpur and has since then worked with some of the leading companies in the industry. Currently, Anika is working as a Team Leader at KPMG India Services LLP at Gurgaon where she is managing reconciliation activities of OYO Hotels for 2 countries – Japan & Philippines. She is also responsible for setting up processes for the smooth closure of overall reconciliation. Anika is involved in designing internal strategies and training Operations and Finance teams (new hires & onsite) about various business processes. Anika has a good experience working with Excel, Database, SQL and other Oracle tools during her tenure at Infosys & Oracle. She has also co-founded a Hyderabad based food startup 'KhaanaGiri' which was the first one to provide homely food late night in the city. The startup got extensive coverage by many national and local print media like YourStory, DainikBhaskar and others. Anika is also an executive committee member of a NGO 'WHAT-Club' which has a vision to bring positive change to society. She has a strong educational background, having graduated from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur in 2014. Anika's past experiences include working as an Associate at OYO, where she was responsible for manual revenue reconciliation for Mexico market of Oyo which eventually grew from 20 to 350+ Hotels during her tenure. She also handled end-to-end manual dispute process and designing internal system and processes for keeping track. Anika was responsible for training Operations and Finance teams onsite about various business processes. She also handled manual revenue reconciliation for Philippines market every month that includes making Full and Final Settlement Recons and keeping booking modifications & other necessary processes inline. Anika's technical skills include SQL, and she has relevant experience of 8.70 years.
