Aniket Bende is a software engineer with a passion for the automotive industry, particularly in the areas of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), autonomous emergency brake, SIL (Software-In-Loop) validation, and NCAP (New Car Assessment Program) evaluation. He is currently working at Continental as an Executive Engineer in the ADAS Business Unit under the Safety Function Division in TCI (Technical Center India). Aniket has over 5 years of relevant experience in the field, having previously worked as a Junior Software Developer at Arav Systems and as an M.Tech. Intern at L&T. At L&T, he worked on the Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) arm, where he monitored ADAS validation tools to generate reports of C/C++ based image processed algorithms. He also prepared and supported responses to high-priority RFQs from clients, investigated business situations, identified/evaluated options for defining functional requirements, elicited requirements from stakeholders on different hardware and software projects, created project workflow plans from research papers, advised on module selection for algorithms, and mapped features for preparing a user-friendly interface for data labeling tools. Aniket holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Automotive Electronics from VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications from Nagpur University. He also has a background in science, having completed HSC at Dharampeth M.P. Deo Memorial Science College and SSC at Vimaltai Tidke Convent. In addition to his education and work experience, Aniket has a strong technical skill set that includes software engineering, research, infrastructure, and C programming. He is an automotive enthusiast who is zealous about doing groundbreaking research and bringing revolutionary changes to upcoming mobility. Aniket is on a journey to save precious lives and make mobility the face of future safety.
