Aniket Dhere is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer at Romeo Power, Inc. with a passion for computer architecture, embedded systems, embedded operating systems, and VLSI design. He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering with a focus on achieving the desired goal with constrained design metrics. Aniket has a great deal of experience with robots and micro-controllers, making him an expert in his field. Currently, Aniket is responsible for developing and designing Battery Management Systems, real-time monitoring and control of hundreds of lithium-ion cells, and maintaining them in a safe state. In the past, he has worked as an Embedded Engineer at Soil Agritech Private Limited, where he studied LoRa SX1276 and interfaced various sensors with U8g2 OLED screen. He also designed robots that performed given tasks with constrained design metrics while serving as Technical Head - ABU Asia-Pacific Robocon at Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology. Aniket was the technical head of a team of 40 students for the year ‘16-’17, where he designed the robot’s chassis, power supply, motor driver, data acquisition circuits, sensor interfacing to micro-controllers, controller design, coding, PCB design, and in-house manufacturing of the same. Aniket has a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology. He also holds a Maharashtra State Board (HSC) from Jog Education Trusts P. Jog College of Science & Commerce and Maharashtra State Board (SSC) from Muktangan English Medium School. Aniket's technical skills include Software Engineering, and he has 2.86 years of relevant experience. With his expertise in embedded systems, micro-controllers, and robots, he has proven to be a valuable asset to any team he works with.
