Aniket Jain is a skilled Software Engineer with a proven track record of working in the internet industry. Currently working as a Software Developer 2 at Microsoft, Aniket has extensive experience in C++, Java, Software Development, and Leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree focused in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in computer science from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Aniket has a strong engineering background and has worked with several top companies in the industry. Before joining Microsoft, he worked at Flipkart as an SDE-2, where he was the owner of the Platform Application that served Flipkart OC, OD, MO, and Help Center pages as a part of the Customer Experience team. He also led a widgetization project for his team, which involved building a new framework of serving data to UI with a more organized way and moving all the business logic to BE. Aniket mentored a few people on this project and helped the whole team to onboard onto the new framework with various documentation and KT's for complete migration to the newer framework. He was also part of many hiring drives at Flipkart for various roles like PSE's and SDE-1. Aniket's experience at Flipkart also includes managing the backend part of My Orders, Order Details, Order Confirmation & Help Centre pages of Flipkart as a part of the Customer Experience team. He worked on various business ask and led the team in multiple projects like Basket Returns, PBO, PFF, etc. Aniket helped the team to scale their applications for BBD by running NFR's and degradation scenarios. He also won a codeathon by solving the problem of reducing the SLA for agent to reply to email from days to hours. Aniket's TechStack includes Software Engineering, UI, Java, Test, Redis, Backend, and Senior Software Engineering.
