Aniket Kamthe is an early-stage investor in SaaS, infrastructure, developer tools, security, open-source software, data, and AI at Nexus Venture Partners. He partners with ambitious entrepreneurs who are solving challenging problems at seed and series A stages. With a particular interest in enterprise tech, Aniket is always open to new ideas and welcomes entrepreneurs to reach out to him via email or Twitter for a chat. At Nexus, Aniket is responsible for investing in enterprise software companies and currently manages a portfolio that includes open-source software such as FingerprintJS, Rancher, TileDB, MinIO, Kaltura, Gluster, Cloud.com, H2O.ai, ToolJet, and GrowthBook. He also invests in developer tools like Postman, FingerprintJS, Hasura, ToolJet, Stackblitz, and Warrant.dev, as well as SaaS companies such as Apollo.io, Blueshift, Pubmatic, Druva, Observe.ai, Sibros, Quizizz, Daloopa, and AskNicely. Prior to his role at Nexus, Aniket worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain, where he focused on commercial due diligence, market scans, and portfolio strategy for technology, consumer, healthcare, and financial services firms across the USA and Europe for global funds (Series A onward). He also worked as a KITES Technical Intern at ITC, where he received a pre-placement offer. Aniket holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT and completed his 10+2 education in science from FIITJEE. He has over 4 years of relevant experience in the fields of AI and infrastructure, and he continues to seek out innovative startups that can make a difference in the enterprise tech space.
