Aniket Samant is a highly skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in Embedded Systems and Electronics and Instrumentation. He currently works at Applied Drone Innovations B.V. where he has been involved in developing systems for automating processes involved in crop disease detection in greenhouses. Aniket has over 4 years of relevant experience in the field, and his expertise includes firmware development, testing, and software engineering. Aniket's past experience includes working as a Firmware Development Intern at Crownstone, where he researched new methods and algorithms for improving the dimming functionality of Crownstones. He implemented and tested a new algorithm to be used in later releases and created a test setup for running dimmer benchmarks and evaluating performance across multiple boards and firmware versions. The code he wrote is open source and can be accessed on GitHub. Aniket has also worked as a Staff Software Engineer at National Instruments, where he worked on the release of the NI-RFmx 2.5 suite, mainly on the RFmx Soft Front Panel application.
