He has led small to large teams to solve complex challenges and drive business results in various areas, including building PaaS/SaaS based services on Azure Cloud-based platform, integration for international foreign trade B2B messaging gateways, enterprise integration platform for supply chain management and analytics, enterprise application using Microsoft SharePoint Server/Office365, and Dynamics 365 for Talent product line. Currently, Anil is a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, leading a team that is responsible for keeping the Windows platform secure and productive for over a billion customers.
